Damn this is a cool design and very well made - if you wanted more contrast you could add some harsher shadows but this is crazy good

II agree with pushing the contrast. Lighten your lights and darken your darks

i really like this, maybe the top of the hat could be a little higher bc looking at the head it seems like its almost stuck very tightly on the head. doing that might give more volume to the hat :D
