I have been studying art for a long time, but I had to take a 2 year break from virtually all forms of immersing myself in art; just the occasional sketch here and there. I am getting back into it, by getting back into studies because I often feel I am unable to capture the ideas I have up in the ol' noggin.
If you want to give specific recommendations, I will go ahead and add some of my art. I have access to just about any 2d medium.

The Help I am Looking For:
Recommendations for effective ways to study drawing.

btw, please @ me :)

Your art seems very good, @tranquil hatch here are some ways you can study.

Using https://line-of-action.com/ do 30 minute figure studies, bring a sketchbook around with you to continue doing the real life studies.
