hey hey!! So I decided to do some red lining.
You have a decent concept when doing the sketch but there is some details you miss. In my redline, you can see I’ve sketched out more of the back, slightly changed the posture, and changed the direction of the head. Your original face was a side profile which the original reference wasn’t, so I definitely suggest working on head profiles. Also, you slight over curved the arm. Arms are curved, but the way you did it made it look like the bones structures are like- one flimsy noodle if that makes sense 
nothing wrong with that, but realistically that isn’t how arms naturally work, so I outlined all the significant shapes
