It's a great picture! Although what I would try is dulling down the shine on the ears and moustache. It doesn't look bad, but just slightly unnatural. Great art though!

The mustache, to me, looks slightly too full with the split in the middle, maybe thats just me. Id also hint at some hair above his ears (that is, if hes not supposed to be compeletly bald).
The top of the head also looks a bit too perfect of a circle to me, id flatten a bit just the top.
