This is my first serious attempt at anime and I'm meh about the face. Should I leave it unblended or try to blend it again?

WOAHH looks good!! I think you did a nice job on the fabric and folds
It might be up to personal preference, but I like it blended! It covers up some of the more sketchy brush marks in the unblended version and looks more polished/refined 
Though I would definitely recommend combining the two (having some parts have hard shadows while others soft shadows)
