you should draw more shadows on the face under the neck & nose, and a little, lighter shading on the curved side of the nose, adding more shadows right under the hair would give the drawing more depth

He's amazing! Although you could add more of a silhouette, to show the character and add depth, and possibly make small changes to the colours to make him stand out more! And changing the background to a different colour, possibly more dull, to make the character pop more!

^^you can make the bg a darker value than the subject. try putting it into grayscale and then making the background a darker value
