I used Cretacolor Charcoal Powder, Brusarth Charcoal Pencils, White Jelly-Roll Pens, Faber-Castell and Derwent Graphites to make this drawing for 20-ish days on Strathmore Drawing Paper 18 x 24 in

Try using lines to place where facial features go. One eye seems higher than the other. More defined shaidng on the hair (will take longer but it’s worth it) and clothing. Then use darker coloring for the neck to show depth

I find using white pen for highlighting the skin where light shows works.
