JDKDKD this is really great ! I love the colours and if you want it to be better maybe you can take reference on League of legends' splash arts !! This is the same vibe of your work but maybe a little bit less rough and with more details :>

SUPER DYNAMIC! I love the set-up of your illustration. The composition is spot-on however you might want to practice rendering with a soft brush. When you look at the face of the soldier on the right it looks metallic rather than crackles of light produced by the main character. I believe a softer gradient of light would help convey that feeling. Nonetheless its a 10/10 piece just a few minor touch ups and ur good to go :))
