Im just a beghiner artist, and im not super experienced, so taje my words with a grain of salt,
So, this is not bout nature but the character, so from a general view, the fingers on the left hand look a bit too spaced out, and I think they shoukd be drawn a bit ckoser together, and a lil bit more bent since the finger has individual joints in them. Thats pretty much it
Everythin else looks okay so far, at least to me

bushes are generally not perfectly round unless they're pruned that way on purpose! try giving your bushes more irregular and organic shapes!
