give me any tips and feedback (first time drawing a "realistic" person!)

I would reccomend adding eyebrows and a nose, eyebrows can make characters look much more expressive and it makes it easier to show emotions in your drawings

however if the hair is covering the eyebrows you don't have to add them, but some artists choose to draw them over the hair

I'd also reccomend making the arms a tiny bit longer, when someone's standing in that position the hands typically go below the hips
