I love the flowy style of the character-- but as of right now she is drowned out by the background! if you kind of blur your eyes when you look at it you can see there are a lot of the same values. some good remedies for this is to darken or diversify shades in the background. Also adding a illuminating light source on the subject and bring it further into focus, if you want to lean into the whistfulness of this piece maybe there could be some cool moonlight which can lighten up her form :)
