Bird/Harpy legs

Hi I’m making a harpy oc and I’m really struggling with the legs any help/ Advice is appreciated! The first pic was just finished the mostly finished character was my first attempt but I didn’t like the legs

hello hi, the first picture's legs are pretty well developed
all i would suggest is to make the feet(?) have more defined forms. for example, the farthest toe(?) is a lot better than the closest one
