For this critic I'm going to assume the light source is below the character based on how it's represented in the image.

What really bounces out for me are the blue highlights in the hair, They are very saturated which makes the rest of your colors look faded in comparison. I'd suggest going for a slightly less saturated blue to make it harmonize better with the colors as a whole.

When it comes to values, I can tell you colors are mostly stuck in the between 40-70% of the chart. To solve this issue I advise to experiment with the grayscale filter of your art program. Pick your colors and line them up before turning the layer to grayscale. Then you can do the adjustment necessary to your values and saturation without changing the hue to make sure they all distinct from each other. Don't be afraid of the 1-20% and the 70-100%.

I also realize that your shading is messing with the values a bit also. So I suggest to divert the hue slightly while keeping it in a warm palette. Another thing I could suggest (though it's really up to you) is to cut the shadow right under her eyes instead of all the way to her shoulders. I feel like it'll give a more dramatic effect.

Otherwise, I really like the composition and the expression! Good work!
