I made the more dramatic pose slimmer on accident so thinness isnt something i need pointed out 🙏
Its been pointed put to me that the feet on the sitting person are small and the chest is wrong angle wise
practice your basic perspective and the forms of the anatomy. for the left drawing you've drawn straight tubes for the arms and legs when in actuality the arms and legs curve and taper into certain points. you've also skipped the hands. I KNOW hands are hard but you gotta draw them!
find some reference sheets like this, there are hella on pinterest, and just practice individual parts of the body that you struggle with. could be hands, legs, torso, whatever.
