The random brush strokes in the hair— it doesn't show confidence and don't make sense. Try sticking to the shape of the hair when applying your shadows. I'll elaborate if you need it 🤷♀️
I would also recommend to move a little the eyebrows, you choose a 3/4 pose, nose/eyes and mouth follows the center but the eyebrows should move a little on the left, try placing them on the eyes instead of the nose.
The rest is good, try to replicate the shadow from a reference, preferably from a real photo, not a drawing. This will help you project real shadows on your drawing.

For a warm color scheme, i´d suggest a warmer shadow color, it might look better and make the skin look warmer.
