I couldn't find my reference back and didn't think I would lose it so I didn't save it. I need someone to critique my shading and it would be helpful if someone gave me a new reference.

Id definitely clean up some of the linework and maybe add some lines to emphasize the wrinkles on the coat.
Compared to the shading the linework on the coat feels too straight
I'd also add more lights and darks especially in the hair and the coat.
Maybe a bit of shading on the face too will help
And I'd slow down a bit too, I can see some tangents at the bottom of the piece especially.
Overall, just clean everything up, don't be afriad to use your lights and darks, and add definition using linework. 🙂
