Help me shade the skin

Hello!! So, I've always struggled at shading the skin on characters and it never turns out good... can anyone give me tips or something to make it look better?

It actually depends by the style. If you want a more anime style or semi realistic style. It tried btw

What do you think about this? I also changed a bit the light on the hair and added some warm light on the nose

Tbh the skin already looks shaded. You dont want to overdo it. Just focus on rendering the rest and then add hilights if its needed.

Yess it but if you use the selection tool to create shadows that would look more well rendered

Just draw the shadows with selection tool and then fill it with airbrush you can make sides of his hair more dark and the ends of the shadows make more bright ksşüefşgk did you understanf what im saying 😭😭
