I’m designing a Rose-based oc. I wanted their jacket to look like rose petals, but I think we can all agree that it just look…odd. Any tips will help.

I suggest using natural flow and implied design. Meaning, follow and use the natural physics of how clothing fold (To make it more natural and less odd looking) and implied design meaning the use of colors and details to make it seem like rose petals instead of literally designing it like rose.
