I think my style is too childish, any tips on how to get more serious?

i think your style isnt childish at all! if you're looking for more serious though, you can remove exaggerations, like the smoke coming out of the guy's nose in the bg, that is if you're looking for a more serious look, but as I said i think it looks great :>

it's not childish at all! js make sure i have the right proportions for a semirealistic effect (the right arm is too short for example)

i'd say it's more on the cartoon side but contains some semirealistic elements :)
