the arms and hands are pretty small, and the legs are quite slim, the neck is also a big tall, as for design, shading, hair ect, looks rly good
the eyes are a bit big too but that could be a style choice

so just work mostly on proportions and you should be good

I look at a lot of anime characters and watch anime

so my ideas in my head hav improved a lot
