I like it and I can feel the emotion , though I do think rendering everything in the same way (like the bird and some other elements) will give it more cohesiveness. But I love your hatching work and the elements in the middle!

I really love the work on the center figure, I think the shading on it is very nicely done but I think there is a lack of perspective in the drawing, the elements in the back blend into each other and imo you should stick to one background element, either giant mushrooms or trees or flowers or you could simply place them at different points in the perspective, not all at such a similar level.

youve done a spectacular job on the person in the middle but i think that the backgroud is a bit hard to make out especially around the area with the nest im not quite sure if thats a big mushroom or something else

i think the singular weed that is to the left of the person is a bit annoying composition wise

but im guessing its intentional

i think the drawing overall is very chaotic and it is the purest form of art because it doesnt describe a thing but rather a feeling

if i was your therapist id probably think youre deeply troubled though, however, i am not your therapist, hence i can only say that your drawings are splendid and i hope you continue to give form to your talent
