I started drawing singer Au/Ra in procreate but the colors are not lining up. This has been a frustrating experience since I’ve tried this before and it didn’t work then too. What am I doing wrong?

if you're color picking from the reference, 99% of the time the colors are gonna look off
it only really works if you're blocking out colors
ex. color picking from the mid tones, shadows, and highlights
