I have these drawings that don’t really feel right. What’s wrong with them?

the digital shading look so nice! Maybe there are some anatomy/ underlying structure that is a bit 'missing'. For instance the eyes on the brown haired woman seem to be a bit 'sticker -like' as if theyd be a 2d picture on someones face, instead of a 3d shape. Practicing the early planning parts of the process for better placement of features and more 3d/ perspective understanding of a basic head shape would really update your potrait skills.
