I need help with applying a color palette to a character

Hi! I've already decided which colors to use but I don't really know how to apply the palette I've chosen onto this character. I wanted to use the colors of the non-binary flag. Can you please show me how those could be applied?

just a suggestion! the colors are color picked off of the flag directly but you can shift the hue or change the value however you like
