I have this issue with my own art, but the lips are too close to the side of the cheek. The mouth should be positioned between the middle of the to eyes if that makes sense. Also one tip I learned for proportions is to cover the part you think is wrong and imagine where it should be, and if it’s different, then fix it. Sorry this is so long
