#Macros being lost

I havent experienced this but have had a couple people mention they are logging in and losing their preset macros. Any idea on what may be causing this?

This happens to me all the time. And it happens in the middle of playing quite often. Especially when I'm pvp'ing. This wasn't happening until fairly recently. I end up running away a lot because half my hotkeys just stop working or change on me mid fight.

same here! anything that i had set with a Shift+any key was changed to what it would have been if i held shift. Led to me getting melted by 15 idoc bots. Gotta be on the A game when fighting others using a 3rd party client :). I will check my macros everytime before i go out next time.
