#Stability Issues

The network code hasn't been touched in the desktop client in the past week. If this is a new issue for you, it sounds more likely that this is a network issue between you and your shard.
You can start investigating whether other players on your shard face similar problems.
There are several others having the same issue. It is not a "shard" issue. This occurs on multiple shards from my playing. Using the CUO client was stable for a few days, I will add.
Please reference the attached:
I will add that playing with the "Enhanced Client" (as much as I detest it) is the only stable solution. The delta being, utilizing Classic UO, unfortunately.
I can't speak to the web client. In regards to the desktop client I'm fairly certain that there were no changes in behavior that could cause disconnects.
Other problems sure - that's why we sound up a beta phase for the fixes. Did the shards update their emulator software by any chance? Maybe the new versions dislike something ClassicUO is doing. If this were analyzed by the shards tech team and they could tell us if and why their servers were dropping the connection, I would have an idea what to investigate. Since I never face disconnects on the shard I play on ever after many hours, I don't have anything to go on.
Or maybe someone else has an idea
Very valid point. I'll launch the classic client to see if there is an update. I appreciate the insight but, I am rather baffled as well as it pertains to the web facet of the client.
As it pertains to the web client, does it call any local files from the PC, do you know?
When it comes to the web client, someone else needs to help out, as that's closed source. @gaunt thunder
