Autorunning persists on ALT+WASD keys without wanting it to do so

Having an issue where if I use ALT+WASD for any of the walk directions it will keep walking that direction without any input. If I use the arrows keys to tap in that direction, it will stop auto walking. This worked fine for me roughly a year ago and a patch broke it for me. Wondering if there's a fix for this issue, as I've tried a lot of things to get it working again.

If I bind the macro movemnts to keyboard keys it works fine, without the autorun.
