Ok, can you try checking out the Mouse and Controller Input Issues section in #h2-tech-fixes? And, if all else fails, can you send over the following logs?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\logs\console_log.txt
C:\Users%username%\Saved Games\Hades II\Hades II.log

ok so i tried the listed fixes, none of them worked in regards to my crashing issue, so ill send the logs over
