Hey LandonDaPro, sorry that you're experiencing this. We've had a couple reports come in like this that weren't directly related to the game, so I would like to start with some troubleshooting steps.

Can we try a couple things:

  • Reboot the device. Completely shut it down then turn it back on as opposed to the Restart option.
  • Check for Steam OS updates. Steam button > Settings >System > Check for updates > Apply (if any).

Also, would you be able to send support@supergiantgames.com your console_log.txt file? It's on the Deck located at /home/deck/.steam/logs/

Hmm, Maybe. But the game is located on a micro sd card so I don't think it will be there

Hello! I completely powered off the steam deck and turned it back on. That seemed to do the trick! I played for over 2 hours on steam deck while docked and using a dualshock 4 controller and I didn't get a single crash. While before I was getting a crash once every 30 minutes or so. Thanks for the suggestion! Also I tried to report the controller disconnecting. But it wouldn't disconnect. Not sure why since I didn't really change anything. Perhaps it was because the controller was almost dead. Not too sure
