I don’t think you need a 8+ heat run but when I did epilogue I already got 16 heat so I’m not sure
i think the requirements are ||6+ bonds with olympians or 5 and max possible hearts with demeter and persephone is in the underworld||
after that, spoiler character will have dialogue and the requirements will appear on the fated list

at least based on extensive testing someone did with unlocking guan yu, zag aspects def dont count there. and they dont count towards the getting all aspects achievement. so there may be a chance they dont count on the 4th aspects but take that with a grain of salt

What has to happen is you either have to ||beat him twice in a row (meaning you didn’t lose to him, skipping him is fine)|| after you get the prophecy or ||once|| if you’ve already ||beaten him twice without losing|| before you got the prophecy
And it’s streak based, so the progress you got before the prophecy could be deleted if you ||lose on that one run after getting it||, meaning you’ll need to ||beat him twice in a row again||

Hello, anyone know if is it’s possible to get the sundial dialogue with hades after the true ending? I was googling how to complete the house contractor and I can’t find anything on sundial. I exhausted all conversations with everyone, maxed relationships and bought more than 44 decorations. I play on switch if it’s relevant.

Just cause you're using the keepsake doesnt make poms useless, I use it too, +1 level never hurts

It never hurts but runs into some fairly serious diminishing returns. Usually you care about pomming up like two or three boons, and the rest are mostly irrelevant.

Yeah the only people who I haven’t forged a bond with at this point are Sisiphus, Hypnos, and the two new ones. I also haven’t had any progress on Hypnos for a while but I know that one just takes time, everything else seems to be done

I cleared him once on normal mode, after a while trying and failing to repeat that, I've just been playing the game regular and turning on godmode for the final boss, which is kinda lame but def helps . I have prettty bad carpal tunnel/reaction time, so that plus better or worse boons kind of decides my fate lol. For refference, it took me like probably 40 times to beat traitor lord in hollow knight, with literally every cheese you can equip.

||his combo works differently depending on how close you are to him, if you back away from him in the middle of it he may prefer throwing his spear at you and if you're close enough to him once he retrieves it he'll follow up with a spin attack||

dialogue priority can be wonky, if thanatos isn't giving the needed dialogue with hypnos, he may be tied up in some other dialogue chain you have to exhaust first

i dont really get the point of 'hades humanizes them more' when that was. what myth was highlighting in the first place.
all hades does is considerably tone down the bad stuff
it still doesnt negate the fact that these deities do not regard situations the same way mortals do, but they very much were portrayed in myth with very human flaws

hey what's the secret to unlocking poseidon's favor? aside from demeter he's the only olympian god i haven't maxed out. i read "catch a fish then encounter him later in the same run" but i've done that many, many times to no avail. also maxed out his keepsake.

I don’t know if it’s 18 fish AFTER you reached the locked heart, but there’s a chance you were delivering the letter delaying a conversation

Hey guys could I get some opinions on the romance options? So I already romanced Meg on my file and personally felt it would be strange to also go ahead and do the same with the others too. I have Than there now and can make the choice, was going to ease off but I saw @open berry mentioned a while ago that the dialogue after doing that was a bit disappointing. Is that the general consensus? Is there just much less interesting dialogue from that character from now on if you chose ease off?

There are no downsides to romancing everyone, you know. Just do whatever gives you the relationships you want to have with each character

if you're wanting narrative content, the bulk of it is for going for romance route. that's where the extras are, backing off just amounts to 'oh well see you around' and everything continues as normal (which is where i personally felt disappointed)

i have gone through all of the romance options
theres little things like than and meg will both be at the lounge sometimes and address zag if you romance them both, and of course the intermission scenes that can pop up from time to time. but theres little acknowledgement of easing off and dialogue just continues on without the romance parts

See I can't see myself doing another playthrough since speedrunning would be the main thing I can see myself doing in terms of runs after all the achievements and bounties, but also the dialogue and character interactions are one of my favourite parts of the game.

ares will be tied in with The War-God's Bloodlust prophecy and hermes involves his keepsake
