So in one dialogue line, Hades says that Heracles deserves to be in Tartarus instead of Elysium and that the the "mortal's" moral code is messed up since it allowed him to be safe in Elysium

IIRC, Heracles' task to capture Cerberus was actually pretty simple originally since he just walked in and asked if he could borrow him for a bit, and Hades was more or less "Sure bro, just make sure he gets back." I could see this version of Hades being less receptive to that though.

The information, or lack of, is rather maddening in this game. Not the creator's fault, but it seems there's no proper consensus as to what unlocks what. I was told last night that I had to ||purchase the Guan Yu with blood, take it to the surface (not win) in order to unlock the hidden aspects for other weapons. I just found a guide online that says you don't need to unlock it, just reveal it. || Ugh

it's not possible to do it in one play through, you can only do the fight once per run. it's two consecutive encounters but you may have to try a third time. It does not always count the first fight, depending on a few factors

the only thing about the heat gauge is that you wont get bounties on all the heat you skipped. if your last bounty was at 3 and you crank up to 6, you will get bounty for 4 heat upon completion, not 4-5-6

Starting the epilogue stuff does not absolutely require you to do heat runs but doing so will make it easier because ||you will need enough ambrosia to forge bonds with at least 6 olympians and grinding for ambrosia without the pact can be tedious||
And ||forging a bond with aphrodite and/or dionysus will require lots of it||
(also you cant forge a bond with poseidon without using the pact so yeah)
Forging bonds with athena/artemis/ares/zeus/hermes/ happens more or less naturally as you play and doesnt really require you to do anything specific (except for hermes where ||you need to talk to him with his maxed keepsake on)|| and just getting demeter to her unlockable heart counts towards the epilogue requirements

I mean, you say this, but I am 90% sure that I'll meet the other requirements for epilogue before I get the requisite ||number of full clears||. So, it does depend on how just "good" you are at the game (it's going to feel more grindy for someone who beat the final boss first on their 5th go :D)

also, the reactions from ||hades|| when using the ||sigil|| in the final fight were surprisingly simple and yet surprisingly entertaining imo lol
the only thing i was a bit disappointed about was that i entered the final fight with both the ||sigil|| and the Hades spear aspect, i was hoping ||he|| would comment on that combination, but he only mentioned the ||sigil||
