if you focus on Sisyphus, I doubt anything beyond Tartarus will affect your story progression with him. At least, that's what I believe. If we ever find someone will do a whole detailed page on how to unlock dialogue trees, that'd be nice. :3

not really, no. but ask around and plenty of us can tell you which are the most popular for which situations or heat levels
for example, shady is good at low heat without lasting consequences to negate healing
but once you start climbing heat, shady gets significantly less useful

Ok so there was one time where I died to Theseus (this was with Arthur and I wasn’t used to the reduced speed) and in the very next run he says “Did you learn nothing?!”. To which Zag says “To always defeat you first because of how insufferable you are?” and I decided to help Zag with that because I was having a great run lol

Yep.
Most of them will give you a prophecy you have to complete first, before you can gift them Ambrosia. In some cases you also need multiple triggers from different people to occur, so this can take a long while.

@warped pike since I just went through the hell of trying to get all the weapons... it's actually a LOT of RNG. Layers and layers of RNG.
You gotta meet the right NPC, then you gotta luck into the conversation not once but multiple times since the NPC will "comment" on the weapon, and after a few meetings they will mention the unlock phrase
so it's like a layer cake of multiple RNG

might be 10. I was thinking you needed ambrosia for the first tick. I might have added extra.
I know it starts at one, then 2 ambrosia allows to use twice, 3 thrice, 4 fourfold, and then 5 is the max.
ofc if you get lucky between runs, you could get an item in the well to increase the use up maybe 7. I know I've done that a few times.
