To be honest, what I've seen so far I think Hades' biggest crime is the lack of affection he's given Zagreus. I feel like there is going to be some sort of twist with his character once there is more story after escaping the underworld.

He is somewhat of protective father, it's mostly just due to how his upbringing was not exactly a good showcase to how to deal with it and it kind of goes back to where he is now and sort of repeating the history, kind of reminds me of another game, where esentially the same is happening. Father figure was not brought up well during childhood. Father figure has become who they are now with an offspring. The said offspring dislikes being sheltered from the outside world going on quite the killing spree to just get their freedom. The offspring has a confronting moment with the father figure saying how he was the worst person in their life by trying to shelter them.

I've seen a lot people ask how to get the fishing rod available to buy, they know it's sold by the contractor but not he conditions or how to get Demeter.
I had a run where I got from not defeating Theseus to having to fight Hades. Using that runs info, game dialogue and a friend of mine save info.. You unlock the rod when you get to the main area of the Temple, and Demeter (dialogue based) is unlocked when you step outside

I honestly just find it harder to decode and see the relationship of zag/meg or zag/than or both, compared say to the other two romantic pairs who are in sort of line of distance. And kind of same for Hades. Though with Zag they are sort of getting over it or getting back at each other. Could be a case where Zag gets his mother back to household maybe even, but that's very unlikely, but it does feel like a possible pattern. All I am saying is - when do we get to romance a trapped soul in an object?
