It costs a lot of blood to max though, the first several levels all cost 3, i imagine it's 3/3/3/4/5
it "improves your attack and special" (I'm not certain how, they seem the same), it changes your spin attack into a whirlwind projectile that hits rapidly and restores life on hit, but it reduces your HP and HP restoration by 80/75/70/65/60%

Yo I'm trying to get Than to show up in my room so I can further his storyline, but I've done so many runs since maxing out his affinity gauge with Ambrosia and he just isn't showing up. I keep running into him and beating him in runs too but that doesn't seem to change anything. Does anyone know if there's other requirements to getting him to appear in your room or is it literally just RNG?

Yeah the poison's gotten way more dangerous. And tbh I've actually found the Cure wells LESS easy to see now in the update.

Yeah sometimes you get ticks of 1, sometimes you get ticks of 2 (which might be due to poison stacking) and if you dip your toe into the poison trap you get chunked down 11 hp per tick with heightened security

Is it just imunity to not be chain attacked and killed or does it also have a impossible to get oneshot part attached to it aswell for the cases where you have less max health than what a hit from hades would deal to you.

In regard to the lyre, just keep practicing it a few times after every run, and speaking to Orpheus. He's got some dialogue from time to time where he gives Zag advice and encouragement for learning to play. After a while you should notice some more pleasant sounds coming from the lyre when you play it.
