After a random number of encounters with the Furies, Megaera will approach Zagreus in his room, and tell him that she's only stopping him from escaping because she has to. After this interaction, Megaera can receive Ambrosia the next time she is met in the House of Hades.

My issue with dio cast on hera bow, is that you don’t quickly get your casts back when the monster dies. Like, I want to be able to triple cast shot against weak trash, quickly grab the crystals, and triple cast shot the next weak trash

Like, it’s fine for stuff with lot of hp, but if I have a swarm of little chariots, or skulls, or little rats, etc. I want to be able to quickly triple cast shot them all, even if they are spaced far apart

with than, like.... i feel that a lot of his issues stem from being unable to understand other's points of view/feel what and why theyre feeling, and the sensory issues he encounters on the surface (sun/wind 'makes him feel ill'...) ...it all clicks together!

I think the sun and wind making Than feel ill is more that he's used to a much different environment. Like the underworld (which would have a different "wind" than the living world). That or he's just a recluse who doesn't like going out and exposing himself to the elements.
