Hallo 🙂 So, I just got the ability to upgrade weapons. Is there a common "best" one? I enjoy the adamant rail and sword so far. Im also tempted to pick up the 150 gems for a blood at the shop, but idk if that would be a waste in the long run? Have yet to get through Elysium yet.

the mirror doesn't have anything to do with it because I've never fought her without it. I've only done a couple of extreme measures with her, but she eventually spoke to me anyway.
Maybe it helps to have the conversation after the first time you do it?
But ultimately it's RNG based. I don't think anyone knows the exact trigger since whatever you end up doing, you'll have to wait

Spear + daedalus Hammer that replaces the spin attack with super-fast regular attacks is nice with boons that rely on hitting the enemy a lot. Such as Dionysus Poison. Or the Ares boons that increases the damage curses do if you hit the enemy more times. Or the artemis boon that sends out an arrow on every hit

hades + quick spin + an artemis build with hunter's mark is great
you're practically guaranteed to get a mark up, then you can keep chaining

DK, Athene talk about Ares quite good, Ares about she says nice things too, only says she is too pacific. Ares likes Chaos (worship), Poseidon says totally nice things about Artemis.
Zeus is totally nice in game at all. Even love his brother Hades.

Zeus and Hades still have a huge grudge that hasn't been explained yet, Hades hates Zeus the most, Poseidon i think is only neutral to Artemis because as stated Artemis doesn't hang out with any of the gods

@atomic forge Late answer. I didn't fully understand how the Merciful End interaction works. I just spammed 1k damage rockets at Hades and he died in like 90 seconds. Right after the run I watched the WR speedrun of the game and saw how powerful the Merciful End combo can be.

||Theseus will random call the aid of any Olympian who you do not have any boons from, you must have just got Ares by chance. It can be Zeus, Poseiden, Artemis, etc. Each different aid has a different attack pattern||

I swear to hades the defiance chaos boon is bugged. I have completed the entire fated list. Getting on average 3 chaos gates per run and i have never even seen it.
