what did the trick for me is to dash a lot. i mean REALLY a lot. i hardly stand still at all during the fight.. also i think it is better to not tunnel on one small head because there will be a lot of lava stacking there; for me it was easier to run circles and to poke each head a bit with the pointy end of my spear

I'd love to see Hestia and Hekate - as that would give us the four main virgin goddesses (and really, it would be awesome to see some cool synergies between the boons of those four).

because it grants eternal life (or close enough to it), most myths describe it as being forbidden to everyone but the gods
everyone you can give it to is already a divine being so it's fine, but if a mortal gets their hands on it they can cause no end of trouble

At the start of a run, Hades said something along the lines of "No one gets out, boy. Dead or Alive. You think I haven't tried?" I guess Hades is actually stuck there too and that's why he's buttblasted with the other gods.
