The Vortex World is, by all definitions, a different world. It's so divorced from any context or tie to the old world that even your friends don't even talk about anything that happened before.
Like, to argue it's the same world is I guess kind of the Ship of Theseus ( ::shakes fist:: THESEUUUUUUUUS ) problem, but the world is so completely, irrevocably, and drastically changed that it ought to count as a different world.

I consulted the math, and for YHVH to be able to do what he does as stated in Nocturne (create and destroy universes over and over, with almost no effort, to try and make a society without free will), in physical terms that would mean exerting the amount of energy and matter (which, as Einstein taught us, is just a very dense form of energy) in the entire universe over a single unit of Planck time, which is the shortest amount of time that has any meaning.
In real numbers, that's about as close as you can get to dividing infinity by zero, and it also places YHVH so far past Class 4 on the Kardashev Scale that the whole "People have prayed to lesser beings than the Time Lords" is almost quaint.
As far as power output, a fair fight is generally possible if two entities are within about an order of magnitude of each other. So if YHVH is that strong, that also says a lot given that the Demi-Fiend was created specifically to kill him not through some JJBA puzzlehackery, but through sheer brute force.
Just for comparison? Superman is "only" a Class 2, aka about the total output of a star. Ridiculously strong for an individual (the Kardashev Scale was created in an attempt to measure the output of entire civilizations), but hundreds of billions of times weaker than that.

I think the specific ability is more "he is using Dwarf Fortress waterwheel hacks," in that he's a human soul fused with a body that grows infinitely stronger based on human belief and emotion.
He might not be more than a particularly impressive RPG protag if taken as he is, but with an infinite feed of energy, he has no upper limit.
(Also, it should be noted that while very strong, Masakados is not prescriptive. In his bonus boss fight in DDS1, he is still vulnerable to Earth magic and Guns.)

Yeah, theyve been following their roadmap fairly well, there was exposure courses and stuff but by then aku dah siap dgn SPM so tak guna lol
Its mostly tedious, and RIPx2 if you dont have experienced teachers
