Late response, but I watched all of Infinity Train. The creator claimed it was specifically designed to be 10 episodes, but my biggest critique about it is that it really feels like it was too short.

It moves at an incredibly fast clip and you it didn't spend enough time lingering in it's own world, on it's own established mini systems, or its handful of side characters.
That's news to me.
There's definitely room for them to explore more of the universe(s) they established there, but if there's another season, it EITHER needs to be longer or have tighter more concise storytelling.

But either way, how I feel on it still stands. It was good. I enjoyed the journey of the show. But it went way too fast and didn't really flesh out/linger in its characters or developments enough.
Over the Garden Wall is probably the best example of how to properly pace all the information you need to communicate and diving into your cast of characters with only 10 episodes.
So if Infinity Train wants to keep being successful, imo, they really need to refine things in that area.

Not knowing what a pomelo is I can understand, because it's not common in the West. But... grapefruits are like... baby's first sour fruit.
It goes hand in hand with lemons, limes, and oranges.
When I was a kid, I hated grapefruit, but I appreciate the flavor of it more now. Not on its own, but when combined with other things.
