it was insane, if a video of a small parrot whistling gets popular, users would report it and it would get deleted or banned

I wasn't even exaggerating, I followed many bird blogs, sfw ones of course, that posted almost only birds, and they constantly got in trouble with tumblr staff deleting their stuff for user reported "problematic" contents

I've got an article on my editor's desk about For-Gamer games vs For-Shareholder games. I frankly don't trust anything For-Shareholder anymore, but a lot of, for lack of better term, Triple-I studios, like Klei and Supergiant and others, are putting out the quality content these days, while the AAA developers are churning out lootbox factories.

Oh there's a bit of change to that process too!! I'm not sure on the rules of activation, but you can gain Support in battle even when they're not directly next to each other. Also if you do a crit in battle/kill the enemy, there's a chance that a nearby ally will make a comment on the map view screen afterward like "nicely done!"

But I've had the support ❤ pop up when characters aren't directly adjacent, so it's been a bit less punishing to have characters acting independently.

Yeah, "adjutants" are a version of that in this game, but you don't have access to that at the very beginning of the game. Basically before the battle starts, you can assign units to be each other's partner and they'll do one of three things to help that character: attack, heal, or defend. I'm not sure I'm a fan of it yet, tbh! But I feel like I'm missing a lot of the possible depth of some of these mechanics. First playthrough and all. ablobsigh
