thaumaturge revolves around two casting phases - umbral ice and astral fire. in umbral ice you regain mp really fast, but do less damage, and in astral fire you do a load of damage but it draisn your mp really fast

it’s not the actual act of sweating that cools you down but the sweat itself evaporating from your skin and taking heat with it

i mean i would take cold over hot any day
