The borked text bounds only breaks if the single line code block precedes the multiline code block, not the other way around. However, any text before the code block(s) still get deleted from the published message when using spoiler tags in either case
It appears that it's the multiline code block that breaks regular text inside of spoiler tags. Tried with only regular text and a multiline code block and the regular text still vanishes

Specifically: few enough players that you know a lot of them. legendary players, people still actually feeling like heroes instead of literally every PC being a overpowered hero, a mostly player-run economy, not everyone crowded around the same 3 NPCs who are the only useful ones in town, no spamming LFG stuff or sales
I feel like, surprisingly, the closest you get to that is EVE, which is super awkward given that its a libertarian hellscape(and has too many people)

The first was to have the "goal" be to uncover the mysteries of an ancient civilization as a community (making it a lot more freeform and less focused on getting stronger, plus fixing the problem of hundreds of "the chosen one")
That one has some issues logistically though, and its unclear how well that would catch on
The other one was to have a group of developers act as the villains of the story
Making the whole thing feel more alive, and also making the content feel more fresh by virtue of constantly changing

those sound fun! i probably wouldn't enjoy them bc i feel like i'd have to sink a lot of time into them for it to be entertaining, instead of just picking it up at my own pace
but the concepts are neat
i liked the personal customization of gw2 professions and stuff, like you cuold play your preferred weapon combos and... is it called traits, i don't even remember it's been so long xD
but i think after a few years, not having anyone to do fractals with got boring bc i had nothing to do except pvp which i don't enjoy (and i did try it for a while, i was that bored after world completion XD), and it was way too uncertain how long things would take bc you didn't time out w instanced content iirc (maybe they changed it by now tho?)

All you really need to know for compatibility is to make sure your motherboard socket matches your CPU socket, that it has the correct PCIe port for your video card (especially with the larger ones), and the your PSU has enough power and the matching connections for your video card. The requirements are usually listed fairly obviously in the part descriptions/part names
