You’ll ever eat

It’s gonna sound slightly insane tho

You will need:

-2 breads (sourdough is recommended but anything that isn’t sweet will do)
-Cheddar cheese, none of that kraft garbage
-Sliced ham
-Mayo
-Dijon mustard (this is where it gets weird)
-Onion salt and garlic salt

#

Now you want to assemble this in the usual sandwich manner, mustard on one side only though or it’ll get overpowering

#

Onion salt inside

#

Now, you also want to put a thin layer of mayo on the outside of the bread

#

Garlic salt sprinkled on before putting it on the pan

#

This’ll give it a nice crispy glaze without soaking all the way into the bread, and cook the garlic salt into it

#

Feel free to experiment from there, I personally like to put more onion salt on top after it’s done

This sounds really good! I've tried using mayo instead of butter for toasting sandwiches and I can confirm it works pretty good! Definitely gives you a different flavor than butter but it crisps bread up real good. I think for myself I might use garlic powder instead of garlic salt so it doesn't get too salty.
If you like those kinds of sandwiches you should look up croque madame, its probably my favorite kind of ham and cheese sandwich ever.

also be careful who you show this to, some people would consider this a melt and not a grilled cheese. the reddit grilled cheese community is VERY specific about their sandwiches lmao

That sounds good, but my usual method is to brown the bread in the pan (butter, mayo, whatever you want) then flip the 2 pieces over and apply cheese of choice, close the sammich browned sides in. Finish by browning the outsides. Extra fillings optional, but onion and ham are nice. Give them a brief browning too if so

The extra 2 sides of browning really make it excellent. The cheese melts fast too since it's hot inside, meaning you don't have to excessively brown the outside before it warms. This is especially useful with extra fillings

@pure brook Epic is partially owned by Tencent, a chinese supercorporation that is known to get as much data as possible from people (they also partially own Discord), and when the store launched, their privacy agreement was very lackluster and violated EU regulations in a few places because of how vague it was about what was being done with the data. I don't know if they've updated it by now, but I'd recommend not giving epic any more private information then you have to

My workplace requires us to have like, 12 character long password with upper, lower, a number, and usually it's encouraged to add non-alphanumerical character.

I have issues with what is considered a "strong" password. Requiring passwords like that just make it hard for a person to guess and for the person whose password it is to remember, but is irrelevant to a computer. Passwords are far more secure by requiring significant length rather than an 8 or 12 character nonsense password
