It's because they're based in San Francisco, it's kind of difficult to cater to Australian timezones. You can just backread it anyway - Sparrow or one of the other mods will probably compile the answers

It's not necessarily that it's difficult to cater to - early evening works fine, for the most part - but regardless, I think rotating time slots for the Q&A is something that's already been suggested and is under consideration!
Until then, yeah, we're trying to make backreading easy, and compilations will undoubtedly float around.
