the sprites also aren't just In There in isolated form, they're packed onto fixed dimension sprite sheets with index numbers and everything

One important bit of feedback I have about an old change to the game:
Equalising all characters of the same class's stats in choose mastery PvP removes some of the personality of the characters, and hurts diversity. It's a cool thing to have say one nomad be faster than another but have a smaller aura. It gives strengths and weaknesses to a team as a whole. While I agree the way it was before lead to one character being better than the others of its class in almost all ways, there were some examples where this didn't hold true (the two imps, the doggo's), and the choice granted by those selections was fun to play around with

You make a good point, but a few of the characters in their default modes have -5 Glory compared to others of their same race. With default masteries, they can make up for that, but if the masteries are equalized, it would be a pretty big deal if that stat is not equalized too

As for oralech himself, he prefers to lunge into opponents. You can dissuade him using Bertie’s aura cast, but don’t power cast it. You want the aura to move slowly forward, with you behind it. This means Oralech will have to spend time charging his aura, at which point you start sprinting to dodge it
