I have good gear for a light armor battle. Just not sure what to do so that my attacks don't hit for 0 dmg during that debuff she has

you got the ships for it. I think vanguard will be better served on a team with NJ and UvH
putting her and Dork together is to much debuff and not enough actual damage
I'm assuming that's Dork, anyway. I don't immediately recognize the skin

Yeah duke of york and howe. Okay I will try that. The fourth fleet I was mainly just using for crossfleet buffs but that's a good idea.
Also, am I correct in thinking that the proper way to use subs in this fight is to call them when she brings up that "jellyfish shield" thing?

just make sure they're not stuck behind a 0 damage debuff. If you can time them to launch their barrages when you debuff the boss, do that
You also will probably want to skip the mob fleet. have 4 damage focused fleets, preferably battleships since those perform better against light armor. Richy is worth considering to go with Howe and Dork.
Put Hakuryuu and Shinano together, same reason again. Stick them with Nagato if you have her levelled, or else Independence or August.
You really do have everything you need here. You just need to organize everything into more useful fleets, since nothing here is able to properly synergize

i did finish temperance har with 185 185 160 @near flare
with manual
cuz that debuff is in 20 sec mark and 20 sec mark is the perfect time for salvo and airstrike
so if you can play manual play in manual

It's actually enough to just play manual for the first bit, then once the timing is right, let it go auto. That's how I take care of bosses like those.
