hiryuu is +2 cv hit, souryuu is +2 cv reload

so souryuu has higher priority between the two

and for vanguard grind, should i just not put any plane on them or how does it go?

for the other cvs only give them a fighter and unequip everything else

and then vanguard is normal gear
