Do I use Retro Unicorn in one fleet and Perseus in the other for the crossfleet heal? I would love a suggestion for a Boss fleet and a Mob fleet, please Halp!

Uhh, you gotta level some of your ships to lvl 115+
Portland should be lvl 120 to main tank w13 bosses safely

You can retrofit your London to use her in w13 if you want
I used her in mob fleet when I did w13

Boss: Vanguard, Monarch, Enterprise, Kronshtadt, Helena , Sandy
you don't have an AA carry for mob fleet, gotta make up for it with lots of fighters
