Ok so are you aware of the concept and mobbing and bossing fleet?

Evade for regular stuff and tank for boss I think

It's more of one fleet that can sustain through multiple enemy nodes (mobs) and one that can push out damage to kill boss fast.
But maybe that's how you read it

Cheshy (Temp tank)
Z23 (DPS)
London (Off-tank DPS)
Vanny can honestly be wherever she wants and there's a nice synergic fleet for boss so I'd prefer to put her in mob for now.
You wanna prioritize Unicorn retrofit here so she's much stronger.
As for boss fleet...
Flagship Nagato
Souryuu
Hiryuu
Portland tank (You want to retrofit her ASAP)
Laffey (DPS)
Helena (She can debuff the enemy to make them take more damage)
Something like this is good, but you want to get Portland to retrofit ASAP.

There is Roon or St Louis in PR ships...
Actually I think you can try running Takao as a tank.
Then replace her for a better one later on.
Would definitely go further than Cheshy at least.
